Lorenzo Adamo

Lorenzo Adamo participated in his first piano competition at nine, when he won the Musica in Luce Prize organized by Gioventù Musicale D’Italia and played in the award concert at Teatro dal Verme in Milan. In the following years, Lorenzo won numerous piano competitions, including American Protégé at Carnegie Hall in New York, three editions of J.S. Bach prize in Sestri Levante, three editions of Sony Classical Italy Talent, Bettinelli Prize with special mention, and the Oleggio Piano Competition.

Adamo received his bachelor’s degree with honors from the Conservatorio Musica Verdi Milano in 2019, where he studied with Professor Silvia Rumi. That same year, he won the Rancati Prize at Conservatorio Musica Verdi Milano and the Concorso Riviera della Versilia “Daniele Ridolfi” prize.

Earlier in 2020, Adamo won the Vladimir Krainev Online Competition. He is currently pursuing a Master of Performance at the Royal College of Music, London, where he studies with Prof. Norma Fisher and Professor Alexander Romanovsky.
