Tomer Rubinstein

February 05th 2024

Young, promising pianist, Tomer Rubinstein, has been praised as “a unique talent that cannot be dismissed,” “an original artist and an accomplished pianist,” “a charismatic and intense performer,” who “feels at home in the full spectrum of musical styles, eras and genres.”

At only 20 years old, Tomer received numerous accolades, including First Place in the Kan Voice of Music Piano Competition for the Young Artist 2022 and Fifth Place in the prestigious Tbilisi International Piano Competition in the same year. He made his orchestral debut at the age of 14 and has performed at various piano festivals across Italy, Germany, Belgium, and Israel.

Tomer is acknowledged for his exceptional talent by the America-Israel Cultural Foundation, which has supported him for the past six years, receiving a High Excellency Scholarship. His repertoire includes the four ballads by Chopin and the great “Hammerklavier” sonata by Beethoven.

Tomer is a dedicated performer, playing the piano since the age of five. Currently he is studying at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music in Tel-Aviv with renowned pianists Professor Arie Vardi and Professor Asaf Zohar.
