Haram Jeon

January 28th 2026

HARAM JEON is a distinguished young pianist who is rapidly establishing himself as a significant talent in the classical music world. He made his official debut at the 2024 Kumho Young Talent Concert, a prestigious stage recognized for introducing South Korea’s most promising musical prodigies. Since his debut, he has been praised for his technical brilliance and a level of artistic maturity that belies his young age.

Haram’s musical journey is highlighted by an extraordinary series of accolades from the nation’s most competitive platforms. He most notably captured the Grand Prize at South Korea’s prestigious Teenager Piano Competition. His consistent excellence is further evidenced by winning First Prize at several renowned events, including the Eumyeon, Music Journal, Eumak Chunchu, and the Korea Chopin Competitions. He also swept top honors at the Kukmin Ilbo-Hansei University Music Competition and the Music Segye Competition, winning both the Seoul regional and national finals. His talent was further validated when he won Second Prize at the prestigious Ewha Kyunghyang Music Competition and Third Place at the Henle Piano Competition.

Currently a second-year student at the Yewon School, Haram was recognized as a top-performing student in his first year. His stage experience is already extensive; he was a featured performer at the Young Artist’s Music Festival for three consecutive years (2022–2024) and has performed at the Elim Art Center Sunday Concert and the Rosha Young Talent Concert.

Beyond solo performances, Haram has showcased his versatility through collaborations with major orchestras. He has performed as a soloist with the Suwon Philharmonic Orchestra during their Youth Concerto Night and with the Gunpo Prime Philharmonic Orchestra for their Young Artist Concert. With a strong foundation and a growing presence on the concert stage, Haram is a pianist whose trajectory points toward a brilliant international career.
