Monika Ruth Vida

Monika Ruth Vida has been dedicating her life to sharing the love and the healing power of music worldwide. Despite her young age, she has already performed in several European countries as well as in Africa, USA, and Asia. When she was 14, Monika won First Prize at the 5th Isidor Bajic Piano Memorial Competition (Novi Sad, Serbia). Shortly after her success, she debuted in China at the World Expo in Shanghai. Since then, she has won multiple prizes at international piano, organ and chamber music competitions in Europe as well as the USA.

Monika earned her degrees with the highest honors at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music. Most recently, she won Second Prize at the Fifth Coimbra World Piano Meeting (Portugal) and was honored by the Italian Parliament for her excellent musicianship and dedicated work. She was also awarded Hungary’s prestigious Junior Prima Prize, a top honor for Hungarian musicians under 30. Currently, she is enrolled in the doctoral program of the Franz Liszt Academy (Budapest) and most recently completed a concert tour in India (2024).
