Samuel Glicklich

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Samuel Glicklich is currently a Master of Music candidate at the Colburn Conservatory where he studies with Fabio Bidini. Recently, Samuel was a solo finalist at the Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition (2023). He is also a prize winner of the Alessandro Casagrande Piano Competition (2022), Singapore International Piano Competition (2021), Canada International Piano Competition (2021), and winner of the Aspen Music Festival Concerto Competition and Colburn School Concerto Competition.

In 2022, Samuel was awarded the “Young Talents” scholarship from the Festival Musique & Vin au Clos Vougeot, co-directed by Jean-Yves Thibaudet and Gautier Capuçon. Samuel has collaborated with Jean-Yves Thibaudet, Gautier Capuçon, composer Eric Whitacre, as well as conductors James Conlon and Ludovic Morlot.
