At the age of 6, Zhi Chao Juli Jia began to receive piano and composition lessons, where her extraordinary musical talent was discovered early on. Immediately after graduating from elementary school, Jia was accepted into the prestigious Shenzhen Arts School, where she was known as the “child prodigy Mozart”. In 2004, Jia was invited to come to Germany, where she studied as a young student in the piano class of Professor Barbara Szczepanska at the Robert-Schumann Musikhochschule in Düsseldorf and performed in various cities as part of the “Best of NRW” series. At the age of 16, Jia was accepted as a student in the piano class of the renowned Professor Arie Vardi at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover and completed her Master’s degree in 2019. Jia is also committed to social causes, regularly giving benefit concerts and performing for elderly audiences and children, in addition to appearing on various radio and television programs.
